[CLEANSING]

This will be the hundredth time I am cleansing.

If you have read many of my previous post, you will see that I would start and end may time on the very first day. I have asked myself why? with no answer in sight.

However, recently I  took a long look at my life and set many goals for it. Wondering if I ever will accomplish this one was not enough. I had to do it.

Accomplishing 4 days already has made me quite proud.

For the past couple of months I have readied my mind body and soul for this cleansing process. I will be cleansing for  10 days.. with the support of the love one and my herbalist. AND MY READERS I will get through this.
